Dogwood Cove is a residential community on Grand Lake O' the Cherokees in northeastern Oklahoma. Located in the foothills of the Ozarks, the lake and surrounding area offer a multitude of outdoor recreational activities, and the homes at Dogwood Cove elevate indoor-outdoor living to an artform. The site is woven together with shared paths and edible gardens, promoting a healthy sense of community. All homes also include a combination of low-profile green roofs and solar panels, reducing energy costs and creating a transactive micro-grid - allowing owners to power their homes, or for the community to share and sell resources.
